S'mores bars

There was a tub of marshmallow cream on sale.

So I turned it into ice cream.

I went with 2 cups heavy, half a can sweetened condensed, full tub of marshmallow cream, dash of vanilla, and some milk to bring it to volume. Pretty simple, but fantastic texture and perfect flavor.
But whilst I was churning, I had an apostrophe.

With some chocolate chips (milk chocolate), baking cocoa, and a dash of milk, I made a layer of freezable semi-sweet.

This was layered onto a sheet of graham crackers.

Followed by the ice cream, then another layer of the graham.

After dwelling in the freezer a few more hours, they cut easily and looked just about right.

The experiment was a success.
